30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include all original accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We'll review the issue and provide a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Costs
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a damaged, defective or incorrect item, Hauntify will cover the return shipping costs or provide a replacement where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Gift Cards
- Clearance or Final Sale items
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email regarding the approval of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.
